The Popular Show Campaign 4 Reveals the Warriors Party

Since the launch of the fourth campaign, recently appointed game master the talented storyteller has kept viewers on edge with deep backstory, a colorful mix of heroes, and a exciting storyline including divine entities, evil spirits, and sinister influences increasing in strength within the urban setting.

Note: Spoilers for the third episode of the new season follow below.

The Soldiers Table Unveiled

Episode 3 concluded with a dramatic pause and revealed the premier party of heroes who will split off from the primary party to undertake their own adventure, separate from the other two tables.

This warrior group includes Teor Pridesire (portrayed by Travis Willingham), the nimble rogue (the talented performer), Tyranny (the cast member), Wicander Halovar (Sam), and Kattigan Vale (Robbie Daymond).

Why Split the Party?

With 13 cast members, it was evident from the start that keeping everyone at the same party would be unfeasible.

That’s why, the first four episodes of this story serve as an Introduction, intertwining the personal journeys before splitting into three smaller tables: Fighters, Strategists, and Explorers.

Characteristics of the Warrior Group

Per Brennan Lee Mulligan, the Soldiers table is for participants who prefer a classically intense battle-oriented narrative style where peaceful solutions are few and far between.

At first glance, characters like the reluctant priest Wicander Halovar might seem unsuited, but the events of episode 3 demonstrate why these particular heroes are perfectly fit for the combat party.

Reasons to Leave

To begin with, the group understands precisely where to head next after a brutal first encounter with the antagonists.

An old friend of the deceased character—whose demise initiated the narrative’s action—manipulated the foes for his personal gain, invading Thjazi’s hideout, assaulting Thimble, and taking all the powerful objects to dispose of.

The traitor then cleared his obligations and ran away to a secure base in Gormalay, Timmony, above Dol-Makjar, with Teor’s brother pursuing him.

Character Drivers

Secondly, each character has a individual motive to leave the city the urban setting:

  • Thimble, as Thjazi’s partner and best friend, desires vengeance.
  • Kattigan is familiar with Timmony and warns that it is a dangerous place.
  • The warrior and The cleric, having defied his relatives’ demands to execute Teor and instead saved him, have no other options.
  • However, their position as prominent individuals in the powerful family could assist the party enter locations they typically wouldn’t be able to.
  • Moreover, The fighter vowed a unbreakable promise to Wicander for his salvation and will now accompany him anywhere.

Wanted and Hunted

In addition, all of them are sought by the powers that control Dol-Makjar for a variety of reasons, making remaining behind no longer safe:

  • Thimble and Kattigan are notorious outlaws.
  • The warrior and The healer turned against the influential house and the horde of evil beings they are aligned with.
  • The target is wanted dead by House Halovar.

This means them few options but to journey toward the remote area in search of the traitor.

What’s Next?

From episode three’s follow-up content, we find out that the warrior group won’t be around in the upcoming installment, leaving the rest of the participants to round up the Explorers and Strategists tables.

Fans can expect learning which players will be assigned to which table in the season’s concluding setup installment, available to watch on the upcoming Thursday.
